BESPOKE MACHINING SERVICES
Our on-site machining service uses a huge range of cutters acquired over many years for all types of architraves, skirtings and other mouldings. Our experts can match any bespoke item in softwood or hardwood and make cutters to suit if need be. Our turn-around on machined goods is the best in London with most items ready for dispatch in 3-4 days. We offer a fast and accurate cut-to-size panel saw service on sheet material.
SOFTWOOD: REDWOOD (Pine)
The stock of PSE and mouldings in our racks is from the best “Unsorted Redwood.” We machine all our own stock on the premises and thereby ensure only the best is good enough for our customers. Our redwood timber comes with Full Chain of Custody guarantees within the F.S.C. & P.E.F.C. sustainability schemes.
SOFTWOOD: WHITEWOOD (Spruce)
For some floorings, claddings, linings, fascias and soffits we keep a grade of F.S.C. or P.E.F.C. Whitewood which is used by contractors and builders where budgets are tight.

HARDWOODS
We keep a stock range of Sawn Hardwoods in stock from which we select and plane down to required sizes. In addition our supplying partners within the South East deliver on a daily basis for all other requirements. The pricing of Hardwood is a difficult principle with our suppliers supplying us with wider and longer boards than exact specifications require. However if we can get your requirements in lineal or square metres with an exact thickness and width we can price it immediately. The cost of actually setting up the machinery must be added into the quotation process. We keep stocks of Ash, Beech, Cherry, Iroko, Maple, Meranti, Oak, Sapele and Walnut with other species available on request. Some timber comes with Full Chain of Custody guarantees within the F.S.C. & P.E.F.C. sustainability schemes, others are legally verified
DECKING
We machine our own stock of decking profiles in Softwood which are then green or brown pressure treated Our standard Hardwood profiles are held in Malaysian Yellow Balau. Other species can be sourced such as Ipe, Massaranduba and Tatajuba.
